I love my slouchy. The colors seem to go with everything, looks great on and keeps my head toasty. It frames my face nicely. The colors are awesome and it is comfy. My mom never put a hat on my head or a scarf around my neck in winter. I had no idea of how much more comfortable I would be in winter weather with those items added to my winter outerwear. Now I have drawers full of hats and scarves and this is my favorite hat. The weave is medium sized, so if you want a small weave, like on a turtleneck, this is not it. I like this weight weave because it preserves my the effort I've gone to make my hair look nice instead of squashing it. To me, the hat is just the right weight. It's soft, but not super soft, if that's what your looking for. I wear my hat where it slouches down in the back, but if you are looking for a head cover that holds a lot of hair, this one should work for you.
